Application of Hexagonal Boron Nitride

Hexagonal boron nitride is a kind of material with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, high insulation and excellent lubrication performance. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, machinery, electronics, power, textile, nuclear industry, aerospace and other sectors.

1. Utilizing the excellent chemical stability of hexagonal boron nitride, it can be used as crucible, boat vessel, liquid metal conveying pipe, rocket nozzle, high-power device base, pipe for melting metal, pump parts, cast steel mold, etc.

2. By utilizing the heat and corrosion resistance of hexagonal boron nitride, high-temperature components, rocket combustion chamber liners, thermal shields for spacecraft, and corrosion resistant components for magnetic flux generators can be manufactured.

3. Utilizing the insulation properties of hexagonal boron nitride, it is widely used as an insulator for high-voltage and high-frequency electricity and plasma arcs, as well as insulators for various heaters, heating tube sleeves, high-temperature, high-frequency, and high-voltage insulation and heat dissipation components, and as a material for high-frequency electric furnaces.

4. Utilizing the lubricity of hexagonal boron nitride, when used as a lubricant, it can be dispersed in heat-resistant lubricating grease, water, or solvents; Spray on the friction surface, wait for the solvent to evaporate and form a dry mold; Filled in resin, ceramic, and metal surface layers as high-temperature resistant self-lubricating composite materials. Boron nitride suspension oil is white or yellow, so it does not pollute fiber products in textile machinery. It can be widely used in the lubrication of synthetic fiber textile machinery.

Hexagonal boron nitride can also be used as an additive for various materials. Boron nitride fibers processed from boron nitride are medium modulus and high functional fibers, which are inorganic synthetic engineering materials that can be widely used in the chemical industry, textile industry, aerospace technology, and other cutting-edge industrial sectors
