New approach to address the customers’ problems
On Monday, our company’s sales team invited the technology team to join the online meeting with our customers, which is the first attempt to address the customers’ problems.
The salesman Fred says: “this is a good way to help the customers. Previously only our salesmen communicate with the customers. Now our engineers are involved, which is more helpful.”
Our company’s most of the customers are from universities’ laboratories with profound academic background. So it is really effective for them to communicate with each other in a technical term, not only in a commercial term.
On the other hand, customers are also very happy because they have the opportunities to talk with our engineers directly and do the research altogether.
In future, our company will organize this online meeting regularly to help the company and our customer companies achieve common achievements.
